Leverage Allstate’s nationwide 24/7 roadside service provider network and your phone’s GPS capabilities to route assistance to your location. Service providers are qualified and satisfaction is assured. Services are prepaid prior to dispatch, so there is no need to negotiate on the side of the road.
The application is designed to also help Allstate Motor Club members access the benefits of their membership plan. But you don’t have to be a member to use the app.

Two different plans
There are two different Allstate motor clubs. There is the plan you can buy seperately and there is the plan you can purchase along side your allstate car insurance plan. Can't tell from the specs if it will apply to both.
