This is the same MLS data IDX, Inc. manages online for tens of thousands of agents already throughout the US. With over 4 million active listings available from 350+ multiple listing services throughout the US, this app gives users the ability to find local listings anywhere quickly and easily. Due to specific MLS display rules, an agent code to search the data available by a particular MLS is required to search using this application.

Works well. Has nice features that allows you to search in a particular area of the city. Wish the filter wasn't so touchy and had more options available. It's hard to set the max price of a house, would be better using a keyboard. And I would rate it higher if it included options such as lot size, garage size, type of housing, age of property etc
Great idea. Needs help on execution!
Program works great and no bugs I have run into but seriously lacks a few basics. 1) no way for a client to specifically look at a listing and send it. Sure you can call or email your branded realtor right from the program, however, when emailing, no attachment to the listing the customer is viewing? Why not? Clients should be able to send the listing they are interested in right out without typing a thing. 2) if you click email and send or try to navigate back you must restart the program? 3) no way to change what client is looking for? I.e. Single family, lot/land, commercial, etc? 4) no tracking: drive around and press refresh every time? Doesn't make sense why your not allowed to track movement like google maps, other home programs, gps apps, etc.
Again, great concept, update the execution please and you get my vote!
Great app
I'm in the business and I'm not seeing the errors many are complaining of as compared to live MLS data. I agree, please give us more search parameters, but this app works BETTER than similar mobile solutions put out by our local MLS.
