IMPORTANT: Mystic Jewels is NOT a "Match 3" Jewel Game. It is a unique game concept that features endless levels and very challenging play.
Wizard! The art of alchemy and magic requires great skill. You must pass the test of the Mystic Jewels to become a master. Use your spells to transform these jewels into more precious stones and then release more spells onto the gems placed next to them. Your spells are limited but by creating a chain of magic, more spells will be granted to you. Special jewels will require more spells but they will spread the magic all around. Move onto higher levels and prove yourself worthy of the title of Master of the Mystic Jewels.

An excellent chain reaction game with polish and style and the all important addictiveness that keeps me playing again and again. Don't mistake this for another boring Bejeweled clone. Like the description says, this is NOT a match-3 game.
You must "transform" a jewel using a certain amount of "spells" (i.e.: upgrade a gamepiece to it's next stage using limited moves) until it disappears from the board. Making a jewel disappear causes the jewels around it to clear out in a chain reaction pattern. There are gameboard obstacles but the main handicap is running out of spells before you get to the next level.
My wishes for future updates are the inclusion of a global leaderboard and perhaps a storyline or goal that ties you in as you level up. As it is, the graphics are nice but unvaried and all you have is the game itself.
I highly recommend Mystic Jewels to puzzle fans and casuals gamers.

This game is so much fun. I love how it gets progressively more difficult in later levels.
Mystic Review is a must buy
It took me a bit to get the concept of the game but I find it really fun and unique. It takes a bit of strategy that you can work on as you work your way through obtaining increasing spells. I found it fun to try different ways to increase the jewels, e.g. by trying smaller jewels combos first, but then trying to use spells from the bigger jewels to get rid of the smaller ones. I had a question for the developer and had an email answer back within an hour. Could be I asked at exactly the right time (when someone was online) but the answer could not have been clearer nor more friendly. The graphics are beautiful.
