Nail `em 12+

The UI of this app is very amateurish and not put together well. Also does not resize on tablets so everything is tiny. The service itself is useless. Im not one to complain about ppls fun, however elk grove has been infested with this crap since mid june and enough is enough. The reporting system is junk and I doubt even actually goes anywhere as things are just as bad as they were before I make a complaint. When my house burns down from my neighbors mortars, I will blame this bs app for not actually working as intended. Does anyone actually actively monitor this app as described? Dont bother downloading this crap.

Needs to be updated to allow us to report illegal sales from websites such as Facebook and OfferUp so this app can send reports In and have faster action taken for those buy or sailing items that are not allowed. Also needs to be updated to use full screen on newer phones. Also app should not require us to provide our contact info for action to happen on any compant we should have the option to be anonymous but still provide provide status reports on how action was taken. Also more police and fire should be utilizing this as a resources to help control the illegal use and sale of fireworks to keep community’s safe and to Maintain quite hours.

Every year I try to use this app and it is sooooo dysfunctional that it’s pathetic. I got excited to see the updated version which only worked a few times then I couldn’t load it. Error message saying my phone wasn’t connected to my Wi-Fi but it was. Even went on just my data and got a message that location finding would be inaccurate and to switch to Wi-Fi then got a message that data wasn’t available!!!!! Too bad this app still doesn’t work right!!!!
