NAVIGON MyMaps:

What's New in Version 2.0.1
Version 2.0.1 includes the following optimizations and new features (for details on map updates, please see below):

Version 2.0 included a new map update feature called FreshMaps. FreshMaps is a premium service that NAVIGON adapted from their successful line of PNDs (personal navigation devices) in Europe, whereby for a fee, users can get the latest maps every three months for a period of at least two years. The introduction of this service into the app was planned prior to Garmin’s acquisition of NAVIGON.
Prior to the launch of FreshMaps, free map updates were provided on an irregular basis. In response to customer feedback, we will continue to deliver occasional free map updates in addition to the optional FreshMaps service, which provides more regular and frequent (quarterly) map updates. Note that FreshMaps also upgrades regional versions, such as MyRegion or USA, to the full North American map.

Navigon no more
I paid over $70 for this App originally, and your recent update rendered my app completely useless. This was done without warning or thorough explanation. I rely on navigation for my job, but will NOT be spending another penny with you.
Broken in update 1.8.0 and 1.8.1
12-19-11 Still haven't fixed the address bug with suite or apartment number???? Come on, we have been complaining about this since day 1!!!! Get it done!
Still have the disappearing roads while driving. No one else has this??? I get it on two different devices. Can't believe no one else is complaining about this? The roads disappear from under your location marker.
Navigon or Garmin are you listening??? Hello....
7-11-2011 Once again Navigon sent me to the wrong place because THEY have a bug in their software that does not like suite numbers in the address. Seriously need to fix this guys. We have been complaining about this for years now...
Sections of roads disappear even on highways that have been there forever. This happens even under the triangle icon which indicates where your vehicle is even on flat terrain. This did not happen before 1.8.0. Had a whole large metro city disappear until I changed the zoom level.
It is like driving into nowhere for a while then the road start to appear again on the horizon. This happens on my iphone4 and ipad2.
I paid full price for this app plus all the add-ons. I expect better than this.

Just make sure to double check your destination location before driving. Several times it has failed to
pull the address from contacts correctly especially if the destination has a suite number or an apartment number.
All is right with the world again...mostly.
This is the way the 2.0 update SHOULD have been presented from the beginning. Kudos to Garmin for making this right! The reintroduction of iPod integration and the ability to download all maps with one click makes this app whole again.
Now, only one thing stands between a four and a five star: fix the long-standing bug that sends users to the center of a city if an apartment or suite is included as part of an address.
