NeverCam NEVER saves your photos, instead it keeps them TEMPORARILY in memory.

NeverCam operates in two modes for your convenience:

"Paranoia" = ON (default) removes your images from memory, when:
✸ You exit NeverCam.
✸ Phone goes to sleep
✸ You switch to another app
✸ Get an incoming call

"Paranoia" = OFF keeps your images in memory, until you:

✸ Use the Trash -> Remove function inside NeverCam.
✸ Force Application close in your device task list.

Sensible Use:

Use NeverCam alone or with someone you trust. Every digital protection scheme has the potential of being circumvented or misused.
Please note that we make no promises that your snapshots wont be misused, but NeverCam does it's best to avoid it!


iOS does not currently have a way of disabling or notifying you if a screenshot has been taken. It is possible to make your device take a screenshot at anytime in any of your apps. (Press the "sleep" and "home" buttons simultaneously)
If you are worried that your device screenshot function was activated during a NeverCam session, you should examine your photo library and delete any unwanted images.



FAQ:

Q: If NeverCam stores the images in memory, wont it clog up my device?
A: No. NeverCam is highly memory optimized and only uses very little memory per photo.

Q: Can I be 100% sure that my photos are not saved and spread on the Internet?
A: No. If you wan't to be 100% sure, don't take the photos at all!

Q: Will my device go to sleep (and remove photos if Paranoia = ON) when I use the slideshow feature?
A: No Device sleep is turned off when a slideshow is running

Q: Can I toggle the Paranoia mode during a session?
A: No. Paranoia mode can only be changed on NeverCams start screen when no photos are captured.
