Great product!
Extremely simple to use, and very easy to email goals, products or action lists to yourself or others.
I love the ability to quickly add a list of goals and projects. It is then simple to associate projects to goals with simple pick lists. Added bonus one project or goal can be associate with one or more of the other.
You use the same method to add actions, which makes the interface quick to learn, and fast to use. Resources can be added to any level, and finally you can tag any item with any key word for filtering and search ability. I used the tag filter to associate actions and projects to staff members.
If your looking for gant charts and flows this is not your project manager. But if you are looking to track multiple projects and tasks easily this product is the best I have found.

I think adding Dropbox and/or Evernote Support would significantly enhance this app. Actually, Evernote support would be the better choice.
The UI is only confusing if you over think it.
You may have Goals that can only be accomplished by completing one or more projects.
Projects are completed via actions. So, you link the linearly.
or
You may just have a one or more projects that don't involve a goal per sé. Actions are need to complete projects.
Link necessary support documents or photos.
You can only swipe in four directions, which correspond with each part of the workflow. I don't understand how there can be too much swiping. Additionally, there is a little navigation bad that allows you to simply select the area you want to go to.
Seems simple enough...
In the end, this app isn't complex. The app is really structured. This structure allows for even the most complex of goals and projects, but separates and isolates parts of these. Then go step by step without seeing the goal or project as a whole.
