ATTENTION:
Users of some 3rd party applications have reported lost of saved data, saved games, settings as so on after updating their applications. This seems to be a bug with the AppStore application update process and it seems to happen randomly to any applications with saved data. There is currently no confirmation that the issue has been fixed in iTunes.
To ensure that you data is save:
1) Backup your iPhone/iPod Touch by performing a full sync with iTunes before installing any application updates
2) After performing the backup, disconnect your iPhone/iPod Touch and do the update using the AppStore on your device (not from iTunes)
3) Check that your data are saved after the update. If your data is intact, you are done. If you lost your data, proceed to step 4.
4) To recover lost data, make sure automatic syncing is turned off in iTunes
5) Connect your iPhone/iPod Touch to your computer and wait until the device appears in iTunes
6) Right click on the icon, and select "Restore from backup ..". This step should restore the state of your device to before your made your application update.

Could use a couple of things...
Solid app. Need date/time stamp (built in notes has this) and multi-note email. That would really make this really top notch.
Great App, makes notes look horrible
I was a little on the fence about buying this or the lower priced version, but decided I should buy the pricier version just on the off chance I needed to take a photo note or take a quick voice note. Better than buying a second voice note app later. Used this on jailbroken phone for a long time and I was really happy to see it make it onto the store. Layout ability with the ability to nest folders is great, icon choices/looks are top notch and overall the app responds well. Switching between notes is speedy, load time (with not too many notes yet) is quick and capturing a thought is easy to do. Also, even though it isn't a listed feature - you can email notes out of the application just by selecting the note icon - very handy! Wish the price was a bit lower, but overall so far there's nothing quite like it for taking quick notes and having them available even when there's no data connection! I've had a couple crashes (usually while changing folder and note icons) but each time the changes were saved with no data loss. Things I think are missing: 1. The ability to backup the entire notebook / export it for safe keeping aside from iTunes. 2. Email of an entire folder not just a single note. 3. The ability to move a note from one folder to another.

Very, very good App. The nested folders have been invaluable. However, with voice notes, I need to be able to rewind, fast forward, and pause.
