Notespark syncs with a web app, not a desktop app, so that you don't need to remember to sync before leaving the house. Everything happens automatically. As you switch back and forth between the web and your device, the same notes will always be available no matter where you are.
If you use more than one device, like an iPad and an iPhone, your notes will still stay perfectly in sync via your Notespark web account. If you edit the same note in multiple places, Notespark will merge the changes automatically. If it can’t, it’ll let you choose how to resolve any conflict without losing any information. Because Notespark is a universal app, you’ll just pay once. With no ads or subscription fees.
Live Sharing

When you share a note through Notespark, everyone sees the same text, and anyone can update it (if you let them). If two people make changes to the same note at the same time, Notespark’s fast and robust synchronization engine can merge the changes as easily as it handles changes made on multiple devices.
Share notes with a spouse, friend or coworker to keep track of things together (grocery lists, favorite restaurants, project notes). You can even share with people who don't have iPhones by having them use the web version of Notespark. When someone makes a change to a shared note, you are notified immediately through push notifications.

My favorite, most useful, and flawless App
Notespark, of all my Apps, is by far the favorite. While there are numerous list Apps, most are clunky, buggy, or have too many bells and whistles. Notespark has proven flawless with my iPhone4, and seamlessly syncs via wireless to it's desktop application. NOTE TO PALM USERS: Notespark is a lifesaver for converting your Palm Memos into Notespark. I literally had 1000+ memos in Palm, accrued over many Palms in fact. All memos seamlessly converted into Notespark in seconds, without a hiccup. See Notespark's website for details on the Palm export / import, it's easy. Lastly, I had a few technical questions and the originator himself provided immediate tech support.
My Most-Used App -- Still
UPDATE: Two years using this app and I still use it more than any other. It's still the best and most efficient for a quick note or to paste in text from another app that you want to keep. And sharing with other Notespark users essentially gives you a free and private texting app. On travel last month, I communicated with my family in Notespark -- they loved my regular updates! Most highly recommended.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: My most-used app by far. I use it for a daily log, shopping and to-do lists, notes to myself, vocabulary lists, random thoughts. The fact that I can enter (or copy and paste) lots of data from my computer from the online Notespark site is unbelievably cool. And you never have to worry about syncing with your iPhone -- it's nearly instantaneous. Same in reverse. An exemplary app all around.
AMAZINGLY useful and HIGH QUALITY app!
I've been struggling with a way to get my antiquated PALM memos over to iPhone/iPod. Notespark worked SEAMLESSLY and PERFECTLY with no editing. But I didn't expect the other benefits of having an app. that syncs seamlessly with my computer via WiFI or 3GS.
My wife is going to love this, as she has had shopping lists on her old Palm phone for years. Now she can make the lists on her computer and the list is already on her iPhone. She can shop, and the edited list on her iPhone will already synced with the list on her computer when she gets home.
The SORT by alpha or date feature is awesome, as is the easy features for creating new memos, deleting memos, or emailing the contents of a memo from right within the app. itself.
