Sometimes it is difficult to adapt a popular game to a device like the iphone. This time, these guys have done a great job!
One of the best Japanese Nikoli puzzles with such simple rules
Nurikabe Full is probably one of my all time favorite games. This version is awesome too. It has 300 levels. 100 each for easy 5x5, Medium 7x7 and Difficult 9x9. Even has achievements. Tap for white square, double-taple for black square. Tutorial / Help is awesome covers the rules of the game. Quite easy to learn. It'll give you a hint but only the rule your violating so it's not pointing out exactly where but what you need to correct. Nurikabe Full is highly recommended for the puzzle nut.
Checked Nintendo DS Nurikabe by Hudson and it has 300 levels too. This rivals their app. They have 20 6x6, 100 10x10, 100 18x10, and 80 24x14. Only one suggestion is to have it turn orange like it does in DS version when number of spaces is met. Doesn't mean it's correct just has correct number of white spaces.
Addictive puzzle fun!
I tried out the light version, passed all the levels on there, and had to buy this quality puzzle game. I bought it a while back when it was 2.99 and thought it was well worth it. I have now completed all 300 puzzles. The only recommendation I would have to the developer is to allow downloads of user created puzzles or to update it with new puzzles. The 300 puzzles did last me a good month or so to complete in my spare time, however. I definitely recommend this game, especially at 99 cents.
