The NYTimes app for iPhone is now available within the Newsstand folder on iOS 5 for ease of access and automatic early morning content updates.

• All Digital Access (including the NYTimes app for iPhone and iPad, plus unlimited access to NYTimes.com) for $34.99 per month.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Downloads ALL sections even if you are not subscribed to them
The app downloads updates for AL sections even if you do not subscribe or have access to them. This is a waste bandwidth, battery, and time.
Please fix.
