Utterly Useless
OboPay only allows individuals to receive a maximum of $75 per day, making this service utterly useless for individuals. If a person only needs to receive $75 in a day, why would they go to all the trouble of using a service like OboPay. $75 doesn't even cover the cost of decent tickets to a show, or splitting the check at a nice dinner.
Customer service will tell you that an individual can make a Merchant application to increase their limits. (Two different CSAs assured me that I, as an individual, just needed to complete a Merchant application, even though I was very clear that I am an individual user). But the Merchant application will be declined for an individual.
Very misleading website and totally oblivious customer service reps.
Need to fix performance
The load time for the home screen takes forever. Love the service, please just fix the performance issues.
