Very nice.
Seriously, I didn't believe most of these reviews since they just seemed to repeat stuff about "one click" which is the brand of the developer, but this UI really does rock. A lot of thought went into this app. When you open it it quickly finds your location and shows you an expandable list of the closest theaters, with the nearest one open already, then it really is just one click to watch trailers, or get directions or collapse that theater's movie listing and show the full list of theaters, etc...
If you like movie planning on your iPhone, don't waste your time with the free apps, they honestly don't compare.
The whole startup picture showing google maps is a tiny bit annoying, but as an iPhone dev I can say this fix is trivial and hopefully the dev for this app will release an update soon to fix that one tiny issue...
Best Movie app available
I originally downloaded BoxOffice as it was free and let you buy tickets, but it didn't show the biggest theater in my town that we always go to, so it was useless. OneTap Movies shows all my theaters, big & small, and does it with a nicer UI. Love the Trailers and the imdb. Two things need to happen to make this app next to perfect: 1. Buy tickets through MovieTickets.com 2. Remove the map that loads when launching the app. I hope that, over the next few weeks, the developer will update this wonderful app.
