Must have video game!!
Who would have thought a game about one of life's tedious responsibilities into such a fun and addictive video game?!
The animation throughout the game is gorgeous in its simplicity, both for the characters and the fun way you interact with the ingredients and cooking utensils. I also thoroughly enjoyed the music you get from each restaurant, which can get a bit obnoxious with its redundancy, but pleasant none the less.
The story line of working your way up in the restaurant world is engaging, because all you want to do is save up enough money to buy that next item for the menu. Along with chef specials and the need for special ingredients for one of the odd ball customers, you're given variety which is another spice for an already amazing game.
Lastly, one of the most recent additions is also one of the most fun to help you out in the kitchen or with the customers. Assistant Chefs are presented with a wide range of skills and talents, some help with certain aspects of cooking (i.e Grilling, Fryer) while others can help you by always receiving more in tips, or the ability to sell more of the chef special for that day. Mind you these are but just a few to choose from, some of which even I haven't tried yet. The main point is that you're given another way to really enjoy every minute you play in this game, which shows the creators really do care about the people who play their games.
Well that's it, I highly suggest you give the game a try if you want a little variety in the games you play. Enjoy!
Keeps getting better!!
This game is the best!! The developers actually listen to customers and fix problems as quickly as they can. The new addition of Ned is awesome. Thanks for such a fun and challenging game!! And it's free!!
Fun game but...
I'm stuck with the same 2 assistants that I 1st picked. For the life of me I can't figure out how to choose 2 different assistants. Please help!!!
