With OurStage Radio, you can discover the best music from new artists in every genre ON YOUR IPHONE. (The future is now, people.) OurStage Radio also serves as your mobile window to the monthly OurStage battle of the bands, where artists compete for the chance to have their career to blow up.
PLEASE REALIZE: This app does not play music from the historical catalogues of major labels. It is dedicated to the very best NEW music from artists of all types: unsigned, independent, and major label.
Here's the thing. Pandora dictates what songs you should like, Last.fm doesn't give indie artists a big enough spotlight and AOL Radio feeds you the same music you can find anywhere else.
OurStage is all about the music of tomorrow, not the music of yesterday, and definitely not the music you're already heard a million times.
To get started, just pick your favorite music genre in the discover tab and start listening. As OurStage feeds you new music, use the "thumbs-up" and "thumbs-down" feature to tell us what you like. As you identify your favorites, OurStage will start to develop personalized recommendations. Look in the "Recommended" tab to find these suggestions. You can also modify your genre preferences here.

Great for discovery
No problems with the app or freezing phone. Love discovering new music, love the channels. My favorite music app now. I love it on the web too! Where else do you get exposed to the best new music that the listeners decide! Use it and on your computer even better and more robust!
Keep on the good work
I love to hear new music, and most of all, it's free, it gives opportunities for new artists to showcase and it lets me rate how much I love any particular song.
Great unintrusive interface.
