Description
The Panduit Derate-It mobile app provides customers a tool to determine allowable twisted-pair copper patch and horizontal cable lengths when building a compliant Category 5e, 6, or 6A channel that is comprised of a different cables types and wire gauges.
Features:
• Define a cable using filtered lists to determine cable type, category, gauge, and length
• Create a channel that is made of a single cable or combination of multiple cables
• Validates a channel configuration and provides information on additional length that can be added for each cable
• Provides length that each cable must be reduced if channel is invalid
