Customer Reviews
Great content, needs better accessibility
We love being able to see PBS programming on our iPad. But the lack of closed captioning or subtitles is a big problem, especially when we watch programs where the actors have thick British accents (such as on Masterpiece).
These programs are subtitled for TV... Can't you include this subtitles on the iPad as well?
Lacking CC
No CC support for any videos. Online PBS provides CC but not with this app.
Too many problems!
Every time there's an upgrade the app "re-registers" as if you just purchased. All favorites are lost, EVERY time. Can no longer view in either portrait or landscape mode. Cannot save individual episodes of a program to favorites, can only save the program listing.
STINKS!!!
No longer the nice app it was when first offered. I'm dropping it.
