Pathetic "application"
This application is useless for film users. Film comes in rolls, so why does one need to re enter the ASA for every shot in a clunky text box? There should be a way to set up various rolls, enter the film type and ASA once for each roll, and then for each exposure on the roll have drop-down or slider menus for the shutter speed, aperture, EV over or under adjustment, focal length or zoom, filter type, and then text boxes for description, notes, etc. Of course some lenses may have uncommon aperatures, so there could be an 'other' selection with an accompanying text box. But all the time consuming text boxes in this app for speed, aperture etc. is a sign to me that the developers put no thought into their users' needs. And I wonder if the sunrise and sunset data is even accurate... This app is applicable to nothing. Please give me my money back!
Nice little app
This app is quite handy for keeping track of the exposure info of your film.
The UI could be a little slicker for entering in exposure info though.
As for the comment about film roles. NOT all film comes in roles. I have been getting into large format photography so I don't use rolls. One exposure may be at iso 100 and the next could be 400.
I love that I can snap photos of the number I write on my film holder and a quick shot of the scene with my iPhone to help me make sure I get the right info associated with the right photo.
