Customer Reviews
rudimentary but useful
If you're expecting photoshop-like features, forget this app. However, if you're only looking for basic editing/transforming of images on iPhone, this app is really cool. And it is free! (As of now, one doesn't need to have a photoshop.com account to be able to install/use this app.)

Likes
- flip user interface is cool
- rotate is sweet
- the user interface for adjusting exposure, saturation, tint, and B&W is brilliant (one of my favorite features of this app)
- the glow effect is very nice
Dislike
- ugly icon
- both the online and upload tabs force me to create an account or login (very annoying). Upload is understandable but for Online I want to see community
- in the edit panel the icons in the top navbar (with the exception of the crop) look like something out of Windows
- pinch zoom in the app doesn't work like it should
- only 1 sharing option (to photoshop.com)
Overall, I think it's a pretty good app but for now I'm going to continue to use the (paid) Best Camera app because it has a sweet user interface, provides much better effects, shares with twitter (bestc.am) / facebook, and has a much more active community component to it.
Photoshop, not a flop!
Fantastic ease of use--which is feature numero uno with me--with the latest update now including 90% of what I need on a daily basis... the other 10% of the time I use Juxtaposer (a fun and really well designed compositing program), Photo fx (a bazillion filters n' other cool effects, but way more difficult to use for 'the basics' than Photoshop.com), Face Melter (self explanatory, but way easier to use than similar effects in my desktop version of Photoshop CS3), TiltShiftGen (great for those interesting Lensaby effects with adjustable areas of focus both in size and shape with targeted vignetting), ComicTouch (for adding my allegedly humorous captions), Frame Muse (excellent frame choices, fun--but more of a novelty), and Ransom Letters (for more interesting captioning choices). I also take most pictures with ProCamera (which includes image stabilization via the built-in accellerometers and also a less lossy zoom function--not sure how they pulled that off but it seems to work!), or with TrueHDR (which works amazingly well to produce high dynamic range photos employing two exposures (one too 'dark' and the other overexposed) and then combining the two into a dramatic photo with an incredibly effective 'auto-align' function). 3 megapixel cell-phone captures never looked so good!
