Customer Reviews

Changed from 1star

I got the most amazing and prompt help after a disappointing beginning of crashes in this update. Within minutes of sending an email saying I was having problems I got an email with 3 possible ways to restore functionality and I was up and running. It's a great program and fills a gap.

I Needed Help

I ran into a problem uploading a video. Sent an email and received a response in 10 minutes. Followed the instructions with successful result. I enjoy using this app. Congratulations on a job well done.

No cloud needed

What a great update. I think many people wanted support for box.com but I personally don't like it. It's too slow but they offer a 50G which is lots of space.
There have been a lot of fixes in the App which makes it very very reliable and the support of these guys is tremendous. Too bad to see reviews here complaining about location services which have to be activated (or you won't get your original photos, if they would retrieve your location you would see the location sign in your phone like in Google Maps) or the inability to delete photos (which is not allowed by Apple Inc. so that's not the developers responsibility).
I can only highly recommend this app. It does what it says very reliable, it's easy to understand, easy to use and it offers an outstanding support!
Only one thing I am missing right now: The ability to retrieve photos from my web services like dropbox or WebDAV. But I asked and already got the answer that they're planning to introduce this too. Isn't that amazing!
