Pincho Application not user friendly

Their app has many issues such as connectivity or network errors. Also to redeem any specials or free items is very difficult.

Terrible customer support

I downloaded app to use for first time. The app itself was fine. Here is where everything goes wrong upon delivery . I didn’t receive part of my order. There is nothing on the app that allows you to interact with the restaurant to let them know that there is a missing item. I then called Pincho Factory directly and no one answers the phone. I then receive a survey from door dash on how was delivery. Pincho Factory contracts with door dash to do the delivery. I gave it a 1 rating and was asked to contact door dash support . I do so. I am told by door dash that they have no record of this delivery . I find a door dash reference order but it doesn’t appear on their screen so nothing that they can do. Remember it is not your door dash account but it is used by Pincho Factory to do deliveries.
So part of your order is missing and there is no way to resolve within the app and no one at the restaurant that picks up a call and no one from the delivery service that knows who you are even though you are asked to contact them because of a poor rating when they (door dash) generate a text to you about delivery. Don’t get me wrong - I’m not blaming door dash. This is a poorly designed application and terrible customer service on the part of Pincho Factory because there is no accountability when something goes astray which happens on occasion.

Constant Problems

I have had nothing but problems with this app. More than 50% of the time. I have submitted multiple emails to their support team. I’ve had problems at check out to where it won’t let me submit my cart to pay and it will apply an expired discount and won’t let me remove it. The latest is the button to add your item to your cart is missing. So you can see your food item you just can’t order it. Lol! I also find it interesting that the times I’m having problems with the app is when I qualify for my rewards and can’t use it because the app is having problems. Then after the reward expires, the app seems to be working. Plus, you can only use the rewards for online ordering. I showed the manager at the restaurant in person of the problems and he told me he could not honor my reward because it’s online only.
