In this release we have focused on the following fixes:
• iPad Editors have been changed to fix keyboard issues
• Fix random crashes on iPad when Settings were left open in specific pages
• Fix issue with some non-US locales and Recurrence formatting with Google and Outlook
• Template fixes
• Fix for a specific situation causing an all day event from Google to be shifted by 1 day
*** If you get a crash on startup after the upgrade this occurs because on the upgrade we check the entire database for corruption on an upgrade and there can be one or two corrupted records that will cause a crash. By far the best, but 1 huge flaw renders it useless for me
I'd give this app a 5 star rating: super features, integration, options, usability, replies to support emails, never upgrade issues, good performance etc.
However, one flaw makes it unusable for me.
I have meetings all day, some back-to-back, some overlapping. I get a sense of what is going on using the 1 day calendar view (don't like the today view).
And heres the problem: The engineers have changed the UI of the 1day view in a way that it is totally unintuitive to read the times. Yes! The most important feature - time management - has become unusable. I consulted with friends , colleagues, and I am not alone. No one could easily tell me the starting time of a meeting in a full
packed day, using the 1 day view. I have been trying to get used to it, but don't.
Minor tweaks would help, but the CEO tells me that the current way is the way to go.
So officially I delete the app today from iPhone and iPad.
From Bad to Worse
I did a great deal of research before purchasing this app, and it seemed to have all the features I was looking for -- most significantly an integrated calendar/task function. To begin, when launching the program it synced away all my data. I mean ALL my data. I had to rebuild over 1000 appointments. For some reason, I maintained my optimism.
About two months ago the program started crashing regularly, especially each time I tried to add someone to an appointment. It required that I add events to my calendar on the go, and then remember (hopefully) to go back into the Google Calendar entry to add other participants.
Then the latest upgrade. I have been completely unable to open the program for weeks now; it crashes every time. Gone is access to my notes and my task lists...
I guess this is a lesson of "buyer beware." With an integrated software program it doesn't matter whether I have regular back-ups or not if I can't open the program to read them. This program has twice lost me HOURS of time thanks to the need of recreating work again and again. The silence from the developers shows a complete lack of appreciation for the bind in which they have left their customers.
This great concept needs a LOT more work before it is production ready
Where do I start .... Constant crashing and restarting needed. If I choose the show map from the top right corner of the today screen, the map is way over to the left of my landscape view and I cannot close it by touching done. I have to end the app and restart.

Does not show all my google tasks (verified by loading gootasks and seeing them all there) it duplicated my projects and took some time to clean up. It duplicated taks with differing amounts of information.

I cannot delete the useless internal calendar as I don't use it because I sync with google. It always shows all the calendars when it restarts even though they have be unchecked for display.

When editing a contact in landscape view, the keyboard covers the contact detail so that it cannot be edited. This operation works in the default contact app.

It is a shame that a company can release such low quality code and charge for it.......only buy stuff with a preview!
