PoWorkout comes in two apps for iPhone & iPad - PoWorkout Trim&Tone (no equipment needed) and PoWorkout Ball&Band (workouts with a stability ball or exercise band).
Get in better shape fun and fast, here are 21 workouts using a ball or an exercise band in PoWorkout Ball&Band. 30 levels - level 1-10 is for beginners, level 10-20 is intermediate and 20-30 is for very well trained people. Start training on your own level and advance in your own pace.
The app guides you thru the workout. All exercises are presented by photos, video and with detailed technique descriptions in text. Also tips and alternatives to all exercises if you are a beginner or well trained.
Combine the 21 workout routines anyway you like - makes it easy to alternate your training. Alternating your training is the best way to get rapid results.
PoWorkout stands for “powerful workouts” = short, simple, effective - and fun workout routines. Spend less time training by doing it fast and effectively.
Workout to make a difference! Do your training less amount of time regularly. Spend 10-20 minutes to PoWorkout 2-4 times a week to get more firm, stronger and tighter. Keep it simple and focus to get the body you want.
You can also combine your PoWorkout with powerwalks, runs, dance classes, stair master, cycling, group training classes and other cardio. Train PoWorkout before, after or during.

Choose your workout routine and level, hit start button and PoWorkout will guide you thru the entire workout and log your training results.
Begin training on your own level and advance in your own pace. Gather workout points to keep track and measure your training results. If you want to - share your progress with friends on Facebook and Twitter.
You can choose to do the exercises in each workout routine as circuit training or one by one. Each workout routine takes 5-10 minutes.
PoWorkout will remember the number of sets and repetitions from your last workout and can function as your personal trainer in your iPhone.
Workout wherever you want to, at home, in the gym, hotel room, on your vacation or business trip. All you need is a ball or exercise band, your body and your will.
