Angry human pet - Me!

I bought this app in confidence about: "How hard could it be to trigger off cat sound effects on a timer?"
Guess what? The the app does not function.
Most apps at the App Store at least half-function. This app is a complete dud and it pains me that the developer get one more 99¢.
My advice ... RUN!!!
The app is DOA at least in iOS 9.
The developer should be ashamed at themselves for not offering a caveat of limitations or a complete admission of incompetence with the designing of this app.

My 3 Cats Love It!

This is a pretty fun app. My cats REALLY responded to the "Cat Meow Mad" sound and even batted my iPhone around a little when we played it. My wife and I laughed a LOT as we watched the cats try to figure out what was going on. They didn't care for the dog sounds! Ha!

Really, this app is fun and the cat's seem to enjoy it - although they do get a little anxious whenever I pick up my iPhone now :)

APP DOES NOT WORK.

I want my money back. This app did not work. How hard is it to make an app somewhat work? At least make it free if it doesn't work!! I am very frustrated.
