Pretty cool ...
This free version is pretty cool for creating tabs and generating stunning PDFs of the the tabs that you can share. A couple of things need improvement before I upgrade to the paid version. Apparently, there is not enough room left below the tab for the note symbols to be fully displayed ... They get cut off on the screen ... Not in the PDF. I like the fretboard animation and think it is useful for my students. However, there is something a bit flaky about the dot for open strings in chord mode. If the flaky open string dot is fixed and the note symbols get fully displayed, I would be happy to give 5 stars, upgrade to the paid version and use it regularly to generate exercises for my beginning guitar students.
Can't open files in desktop version.
This could easily be a 5 star app. My main disappointment is that I purchased progression for my desktop and found that the two are not compatible. Why would progression for iPad only export notion files and the desktop version will only read progression files. Extremely disappointing.
