Introducing Prompt: the best SSH client for your iPad or iPhone.

Prompt is clean, crisp, and cheerful: the SSH client that helps you when you need it, and stays out of your way when you don't. Perfect for system administrators, web developers, movie-style hackers ("Let me just TCP/IP into the firewalls!"), or any person who needs to connect to a server and type some magic.

Customer Reviews

were ssh keys an afterthought?

1: no ssh-agent capabilities
2: the recent update decimated my current ssh keypair

glad i didn't have any servers to bounce until i got home (to re-import my vaporized keys)

nice job :(

Terrible design choice in new version

Heads up! 1.2.4 changes the color scheme to something horrible, murky and washed out. My email to support said "this is actually a design choice. We decided we liked this look better."

With enough complaints, they'll "change it back or make it an option or something."

Keep 1.2.3, it's a great app if you can see what you're doing.

1.2.4 update dropped by key pair

Most of us use this app in case of emergencies or to do health checks when away from other connectivity. Having an update destroy the ability to connect is not acceptable.
