The Re Application and Accessory turn your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch into a universal remote control. Control your TV, Cable or Satellite Box, DVD player, Audio Receiver and other home entertainment devices using infrared.
The Re Universal Remote Control Application organizes all of your remote controls into your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with a consistent, easy-to-use interface. Plug the Re Accessory into your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and you’re ready to go. The Re does not require complicated WiFi setup. IR is the fast “native language” of your devices so there is no communications latency.
PORTABLE – Take the Re with you from room to room in your house. You can take it to work, the neighbors, or the health club. Take it anywhere you want to control entertainment devices.
IR DATABASE – The Re Accessory contains the codes for most popular AV devices. Set up devices quickly without connecting to the Internet. The database allows the Re to replace lost or damaged remotes.
LEARNS NEW CODES – The Re learns buttons or full remotes to extend the database.
EASY SETUP – Create replicas of your Device remotes and create Activity remotes to “Watch TV” or “Watch a DVD” in minutes. The Re Application automatically creates remotes you can edit to fit your preferences in button appearance and layout.

This product is great
This product is great I programmed all of my 13 remotes in about 30 minutes. It worked with Dish, TV, Blueray player, AppleTV and my Bose Home Theater system. All you do is plug in the dongle and you are off and yes I controlled other things outside the house like projectors and other peoples toys. Here is the only change I would make, the dongle is bulky make it small and use another place so you can charge the IPAD while using it. Give us a RF or Wifi version and you guys will be rich!!!

Amazing
I was a complete skeptic. This product is amazing
Once you get the plugin device which was on sale for $47
It took me 20 mins to setup my Panasonic TV, Sony Blu-ray, New Apple TV, Yamaha Surround Sound.
I only had to make it learn one function (my Yamaha is very old) it took 30 seconds. Everything else was right out of the box.
Now I hit one button, all the correct devices turn on together, change to the correct surround sound setting and their HDMI input on the TV, it is so easy.
This app will make all those fancy $200+ remotes redundant for a fraction of the cost.
Powerful Universal Remote
Love it. Vey powerful. Bought this after a harmony remote went out. Im very happy I did. It takes some time to set it up the way you want, but once you do its a snap to share the remote with other devices via bump. Would love to see a little more customization options (import your own graphics for favorites), but that's just being picky. overall the remote does everything I wanted it to.
