The Restaurant Nutrition application allows a user to easily view nutritional information about restaurant menus and track what they have eaten. Features to be released in the next version can be found at the end of this description.
The Restaurant Nutrition user can turn on diets to track calorie, carb, protein, and fat to help track and quantify their dieting progress. Each time a restaurant name appears in the program the map button near it can be touched to open the Maps application showing all of that restaurant’s nearby locations.
Multiple people can track what they eat in this application at the same time by utilizing the concept of profiles. The application can either be setup to connect to the internet, or run as a standalone application saving data entries only to the iPhone.

This app will always be free for you. To support our development and the continued expansion to better serve you, the app contains a small ad at the bottom. We do not have plans to create an App that can be purchased.
ACCURACY:
We strive to provide the most accurate figures. Restaurants often change their recipes and therefor their menus and we don't know about it unless you tell us. We are currently going through all our listed locations and checking them. Please email us if you find a problem so we can address it right away. THANK YOU!

Please send the request to app-support@unifiedlifestyle.com. Provide the name of the restaurant and the web site location with their nutritional information.

If you have not updated your locations yet, you will find 25 updated locations and 21 new locations! In addition, 1.53 brings some exciting new features to RN App!

-You can now add your own food images, and rate/choose images uploaded by other users!

-New layout offers quick summary featuring the most popular nutrients calories, protein, fat, carbs and fiber right at the top!
-Last but not least, one of our MOST requested feature was a way to upgrade to remove the ads. We have now provided the ability for users to upgrade the RN App to Restaurant Nutrition PLUS for a one time fee and remove the ads from their app. Additionally, we will be pushing out exclusive PLUS version only features in the very near future.

Keeps getting better!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app and the latest update. I have been at my goal weight on Weight Watchers for 3 years...this app really helps me stay on track! Every restaurant (or at least something comparable) is on this app...and you can hide the ones that aren't in your area. If the restaurant publishes the nutritional information, it's here...that's all anyone can expect...so those complaining the whole menu isn't available...it's the restaurants fault, not the developers! I love how you can turn off the nutritional info. that your not interested in...that way I only see the info needed to calculate my WW points + values. Follow them on FB for real time updates & they'll respond to any questions or reasonable requests you may have. Love it!!! I would pay for this app but really appreciate that it's free!
For Those Complaining
This is very accurate for restaurants who post their official nutritional values. Restaurants don't always post every single nutritional value so to penalize this app cause it leaves out a nutritional category is just plain stupid and shows the person didn't go to the official site of the restaurant to check the accuracy.
Secondly when a restaurant doesn't post their nutritional values a lot of times apps like this rely on other sites for info like LiveStrong.com and most nutrition there is user based which means a lot of inaccuracy.
So these idiots giving a low rating need to confirm the official values posted on the restaurant's site before giving this a low rating.
I lost almost 50 pounds using this app combined with Lose It. If it were THAT inaccurate there is no way I'd lose close to that much weight cause I eat out a lot.
Good info, kinda time consuming
This app is ok. The thing that bothers me most about it is that it takes time to sort through your favorite dishes from any restaurant to find out which are best. There should be a top 5 or top 10 recommendations from every restaurant based on nutritional value. And I'm not talking about a ketchup packet or a dill pickle. I think when I do a search for a sandwich under 300 calories for example, it's pretty crappy that those kinds of options come up.
