Record your workouts and rest days with RUNNING LOG, and see your history and trends on the visual calendar and summary.
To log a run, touch any calendar day. Then record:
* distance (km/mi)
* duration
* effort level
* type of run (cross country, intervals, race, etc. - choose from 15!)
* route name
* group runs
* rest days
* freeform notes
Associated icons appear on the calendar to give you a clear picture of your workout trends. View weekly or monthly totals below the calendar.
A summary screen provides statistics for the current month and grand total, including distance, duration and pace totals and averages. The summary screen also displays a scrollable list of all notes and data entered to date.
Rotate to landscape orientation to view graphs of your statistics!

I like it but it needs work
This is a nice app but there's some glitches. I always log my miles on here and it's fun to go back and look at them. But right now it just loads the startup screen and then crashes so I can't log anything and if I reinstall the app I'll lose my data. So all in all it's great but it has a long way to go.
Good app- needs some work
This app is a good basic App. It needs to be updated with a function that allows you to add multiple parts of a workout under one run instead of under a separate run. For instance, warmup pace and distance, tempo run pace/distance and cooldown pace and distance. A function that allows you to add an incline degree if you are on a treadmill is good too. Also needs to add tempo run as a type of run. This is a huge oversight. Everyone I know does tempo runs. Also needs a function to put in distance and pace that figures out total duration automatically instead of the other way around.
Running log
This is a great app. Have been using it since the first of the year. The only problem I see is that there doesn't seem to be a way to delete a run if you accidentally log it on the wrong day, for instance. Thanks for making this great app!
