Description
Based on SAP’s premium on-demand business software for small and midsized companies, the SAP Business ByDesign mobile application provides access to main functions of the system, tailored to business on-the-run. Create, display and maintain customer accounts and sales orders while having direct access to contact address information, communication details and invoice status. Create leads and opportunities, check for product availability, send approvals and forward tasks. Submit travel expense reports, run specially-tailored analytics reports and monitor your KPI’s. Quality inspections and project time recordings are also supported. Any changes made on your Apple® iPhone® are automatically updated in the system, online and in real time.
Working with live data requires valid logon credentials for the SAP Business ByDesign system. If you are not yet an SAP Business ByDesign customer, you can run the application in demo mode. For further information, refer to the app’s documentation.

Good, but needs to get better
BE AWARE THAT YOU CANNOT MULTI-TASK WHEN USING THIS APP. Who was the knucklehead at Apple that approved this app when it won't allow me to answer a phone call in the middle of entering my expenses or time or checking a KPI report? .To be fair, it does "remember" my password, so logging back in is not an effort, just extremely annoying when I lose all my work if I leave the app to take a call.
Other features seem to be okay. I entered appointment, added time record and added an expense pretty easily. Wasnt' quick, but wasn't hard either.
