Needs work
There are so many problems when trying to pay for tests if the people being tested does not include the app user— I.e. I’m trying to book for my children only and it won’t allow me to change the payment info to my name rather than one of my children…?!? Then I push cancel to change the payment method, and it takes me right back to the Home Screen, so I’d have to re-enter their information (again!). I’m so frustrated that I’m just going to take them somewhere else for a test.
Complete Garbage - UAE Visitors Beware
I wanted to utilize this app to get my PCR testing appointments done ahead of time so I’d have less to worry about, but it’s entirely nonfunctional.
To begin with, the app crashes extremely frequently. Also as a visitor, you’re required to register with a UAE phone number beginning with +05, and it needs to match the format. Finally, the payment system doesn’t work with foreign credit cards — I tried multiple times over the course of a week and half.
Look up “24 Hour Drive-Thru PCR Tests” and use those instead. Bring your passport & address of current residence. Or you could take a gamble with the airport’s PCR tests. Good luck, travelers.
Great start
I really like this initiative I really loved it. Following are few points I’d like to see in the next update:
- password or/and fingerprint to access the app in order to maintain the user’s privacy.
- the option to add more than one account in case someone would like to access the records of kids and elderly.
- to add section for education materials.
