Crashes. Deleted.
Can't even login. Just crashes. The newest update definitely does NOT fix the login crash problem.
On occasion it works
I can't imagine this actually got posted to the app store in it's current state. There are repeatable and obvious bugs, new galleries don't show up, the UI is inconsistent, and it logs me out at random. Smugmug, you should fire your iOS team.
In general it will display your photos, provided you log in a few times. But it wont show any new galleries or photos that you may create after the moment of login. It sorta works.
promising - but simply will not display anything but the "featured" photo for a gallery
I've been trying to use this since it came out for ipad. It's a great idea. The problem for me is that it does not hold and display my photos reliably. For the last couple of point releases (1.4.3, and before), the app shows the *featured* photo for a gallery, but not any of the other images.
Support - a problem. Trying to put this comment where it can be meaningful is simply not possible. The support link on the app store page is simply forward to the catch-all support email address and help top page. In other words, it is worthless -- and dedicated and focused support for the app is not in place. The app is free, but the smug mug service is not. The iPad is a game changer for serious photographers. If is important to you, then I strongly suggest doing a trial version of the smugmug offering. If it has problems, consider the apple mobile me option (with their gallery app).
