Easy to use and great for a zillion uses
Got this on the advice of a friend and have been using it *alot* ever since. Great for capturing and captioning "on the fly" events - e.g., the floor of a conference, a space during remodel, pics during trips, etc. Was also a ton of fun over the holidays as we took pics of friends and added their salutations and then sent it off to the family that couldn't be with us. Used it again in an art class where I could annotate certain techniques as demonstrated by the instructor as they were being done/finished. Easy to use, easy to understand. Good buy!
Great initial release!
Excellent 1.0 release! As a ProfCast user, this natural extension to the iPhone is great! I love having the ability to export slides from Keynote to JPGs, and being able to create a podcast straight from the phone. I haven't tried yet, but I think it'll also be nice to send annotated vacation photos to the parents while I'm still on vacation!
I think this app will come in very handy, with a few improvements:
- Add more "Share" locations. I'd love to see Vimeo added, as well as the ability to email videos.
- Allow for selecting multiple photos at once (I think this is an API limitation? If so, Apple should really fix that).
- Allow for insertion of videos within the slideshow.
- Maybe a "nearby" feature where you could share your creation with nearby users.
Love it!
I used this to create a short thankyou message and the grandparents loved it.
