Cannot check in, glitchy, useless app
I purchased several flights only to get a TIMED OUT message on my iPhone . I went to my laptop and found SEVEN flights , same flight number, time and date. I called SWA and explained, they cancelled six of the flights and was informed that it would take up to 30 days to return the money back into my account . My checking account may have to wait a while for those funds . Cannot check in anymore vow my phone , I am on the a list and get FRONT OF LINE seating anyway . I'll just plan on using the OLD SCHOOL method (laptop) iPhone has just made us all so lazy anyway, we can do it all from our lazyboy and not miss anything on the tube (well LED).
Poor App.
Have not fixed the calendar in weeks have reported it, and they have done nothing about it.
What happened?
What happened to the app. Used to work fine. Now I can no longer check in. Other features don't respond correctly.
