Not using it
I want to use the app to track expenses as I go, but the app doesn't allow records in the past. I can't record all expenses as they happen. Uninstalling. Otherwise, the interface is clean
Missing a very usefull feature: Forecast
I really love your Spend app for the iPhone but it's missing a very usefull feature: Forecast.
Let me explain: say I get paid every two weeks so I create a budget for those two weeks and track my expenses to make sure I will make it to my next paycheck. I added all my recurring bills with the exact dates where they need to be paid. So if my budget starts on the first and ends on the 14th, and today is only the 5th, your app won't show me if I'll make it or not since it does not include any recurring transactions past today's date. I usually have to manually calculate the new balance after subtracting those upcoming bills.
With the Forecast feature (maybe another button next to the All / Expenses / Deposits / Forecast) all you would need to do is include all recurring transactions that fall within that budget cycle and adjust the balance. The Forecast option would include ALL transactions (similar to the All option) and also the upcoming ones.
I have purchased other budget and expense tracking apps but none compare to yours.
I hope to see this request included in a future release so I can go back and use your app again. I love it.
Great App
I just love it, it helps me so much to budget my money. I hate using the deposit book in my checkbook so this is great. My ipone with me all the time so I don't have to run to the pc everythime I want to check where I'm at, it's with me all the time. I also love the lock so only I can look At my spending.
