Squeemote is a remote control for your SlimDevices(TM) device, including the Squeezebox(TM) Classic, Duet and Boom.

PLEASE NOTE: Squeemote requires an instance of Squeezebox Server (formerly SqueezeCenter) with a minimum version of 7.2* running on your local network with a static or reserved IP address. Servers using dynamic IP addresses are not guaranteed to work reliably.
Squeemote does not work with devices connected to the SqueezeNetwork. They must be connected to your local server for them to be controllable by Squeemote.

If you are having problems getting Squeemote to connect to your server, before you consider leaving a bad review (which I have no way of responding to), please follow the link to the support site below and leave a report of your problem.
Most connection issues are easily solved and I will do everything I can to help you. If your connection problem is due to a bug, then this gives me an opportunity to fix it quickly.
What's New in Version 1.3.6
* Fixed a bug that caused Squeemote to crash on startup when using a hostname instead of an IP address.
* Make sure Squeemote refreshes and reconnects to the server properly when resuming from sleep or from the background on multi-tasking supported devices. Handle disconnections from the WiFi network much more robustly.

With the bugs addressed in the last update, this is now a great controller for the Squeezebox.
Solid - works well with squeezeslave
I've been impressed with the app, clean UI and easily connects to SqueezeServer. Two improvement/suggestions: 1) there is no "play all songs in genre" feature and 2) being able to specify the host name that the server is on vs just the IP
