Don't Worry, Be Happy

This app combines the best techniques from the new field of positive psychology with some great meditations from the BUddhist tradition. I never realized that feelings like gratitude, lovingkindness, compassion, and forgiveness could actually make me feel happier. A great antidote to a rough day!

So annoying! But okay.

I dislike how the guy talking gives waaaaaay took much time for you to think about what he says. This makes me distracted! It's not so much of a guided meditation because of the timing...

Wow

I've always wondered how meditating could really help. This app showed me a new and wonderful gift! I read through the guide first since I was new. Then I listened to his first guided meditation. It was AMAZING!! I truly felt as though I found a hidden peaceful place within me that I can now return to. The other reviews who say his transitions are too long and they get distracted, you obviously did not read the guide. Your mind is like a puppy, it gets distracted, you just calmly bring it back. Meditation takes practice! Wonderful app, very inspiring.
