StockWatch uses Yahoo! Finance symbol structure for quotes. When you search for a symbol, you may need to add the correct suffix (.AX, .L, etc.). Data is delayed at least 15 minutes.

Frustrating
The concept is great. It is frustrating sometimes when syncs don't import onto other devices. Sometimes the fix is to delete the app, reinstall, then sync again. I do not have time or patience for this to happen more than I care to mention.
Great App
This app does everything I need and expect it to do. It allows me to track stocks in multiple portfolios and also maintain a separate watch list. Great technical stats and charts are available for each stock listed and all related news for each stock is handy to have while researching. I had some difficulty entering stocks to begin with but an e-mail appealing for technical support was immediately answered with continuing correspondence until the problem was solved. This app is 5 stars at a great price.
Very limited but works
Many limitations. Works only under the simplest of conditions.
1. Not for federal employees. None of the TSP (Thrift Savings Plan) mutual funds can be added or tracked.
2. News section is absolutely anemic. It's not an attraction for anything.
3. Some retirement portfolios contain a money market fund type which is kept at $1 share price, but pays income (i.e. the number of shares increases). This app absolutely can't handle that. First, the symbol can't be found by the app. Adding the symbol manually does not allow me to input a unit value, which defaults to zero. When a symbol can't be found and is added manually, the app should allow for purchase price, lot size AND current value input.
4. Qute generally, forcing a symbol to be added results in all sorts of problems later on, as the app just does not like anything it doesn't recognise in the first place.
5. There is almost no analysis. There is some charting, but little to no statistics on your investments to tell you what's working and what's not. The app is glitzy and nice looking, but about as shallow as a rain puddle.
And I don't see any significant updates being made. It's highly rated, so the developer isn't spending effort on improvements, since they obviously don't have to. Pick a different app and pass this over.
