Customer Reviews

Pretty decent... For organization

I only know like a third of the workouts I wish their was a brief explanation of what to do and maybe some pics of like the starting position and ending position and how to get their

Great app

Helps keep track of workouts

Terrible design and workflow.

I thought this app had great potential as my new workout log. I discovered, however, that there is NO ability to create a workout (set of exercises) ahead of time before you go to the gym. The entire app is designed around "real time" data entry. So, sa you're in the gym to do a back workout ... you have to scroll through and find each exercise from scratch from a long list (say 50+) of excerises (more if you add your own). And the only way to add them to the workout is to actually enter in the setxrep data, so for example, you couldn't even save time by adding the exercise while you are resting from the previous one!
