Needs a little work

This is missing a few things... This app doesnt explain the exercise and it doesnt have diagrams to show you how to do each exercise.. This app will not allow you to make out a weekly workout routine.. (example)

Monday>Chest> Incline Dumbells> ability to log your info
Flat Bench> ability to log your info
Decline Bench> ability to log info
Triceps> Close Grip Bench> Log your info
Tricep extension> log info
Tuesday> Back> etc etc.
And you should be able to save to show the progress you are making.

Just what I was looking for

This app not only helps my organize my workouts better, but it introduces me to new exercises that I had either forgotten about or never even knew about. I think even a layman would benefit from Strength.. Thanks.

Pretty decent... For organization

I only know like a third of the workouts I wish their was a brief explanation of what to do and maybe some pics of like the starting position and ending position and how to get their
