Excellent
I never played Sudoku before but this app has gotten me hooked. The app is attractive and the user-interface is very well done, so that the app becomes nearly invisible and I can concentrate on looking for patterns. The app’s highlighting features help me find those patterns — but ultimately it’s up to me. I have only a few times asked for a hint, and the hints really are hints — not give-away answers. I’ve visited a couple of the sudoku websites and while the general idea is similar, this app looks better and is easier to use. I use this both on my iOS devices (both iPad and iPhone) and on my computer and I can’t decide which I like better. Goodbye Solitaire!
Love this Sudoku
But one of the functions is missing on my laptop and desktop that is available to me on my iPad and phone.
If I try to mark a square with a number and it is already in that row, the number won't appear and flashes where it is already in the row. This doesn't happen on the laptop and desktop.
I've tried a number of times to delete the game and restore a new version. Hasn't worked. Not unmanageable. Just makes me work harder.

After trying at least a dozen other Sudoku apps, I was very pleased to find the Brainium Sudoku! It is very user-friendly, and has a "highlight" feature that enables the user to click on any number and easily identify where those numbers are on the board---awesome. And, I have yet to 'crack' an Expert level so I remain interested and enthused! Thanks Brainium!!
