Very handy
Love the mobile expense scanner . Keeping track of my balance is easy using the app. When I have been required to provide itemized statements for debit card transactions using my phone camera and uploading via the app is much more convenient than scanning and emailing the statement.
User friendly, but needs a lot of info
To get reimbursed for my son’s childcare you need a tax ID or SSN of the person plus their signature on the receipt. It’s a bit of a pain. People aren’t always willing to give out their SSN and it’s caused issues for me finding childcare in an already difficult pursuit. I wish they’d do away with it. The company my husband’s work uses simply asks for a receipt and uploads it without any of the info Surency needs. So obviously it can be done… other than being a pain, it’s fine. The app is pretty easy and their customer service has always been fine to work with.
Nice app
Nice app. It is easy to use. I only gave it 4 stars because I find it hard to see what individual claims have already been submitted by me and have been paid. Otherwise it is very convenient!
