No support!!
I have had issues since day one with this program, have sent support requests four times with no response. Never have I seen “0” support with a product. If you are a tech guru maybe take the gamble, if not stay away!
The Search Is Over - SyncMate Pro !
I have been looking for a solution for syncing the oh to many contacts, calenders, dissimular operating system, apps for a long time. Here and there I found half an idea products specificly aimed at a silo audience. I am very pleased to have found SyncMate Pro to do all the heavy lifting going forward. If you are like me and trying to balance between workplace applications, what ever the family has set up at home and the never ending upgrades to the “Smart Phones”, I would highly suggest you take a look at this product.
Good but could be better
Syncing is great. I carry a portable firewire drive with me and wanted to sync it with a drive at work and home, but I wanted it to be painless. With this program, I can plug in the drive on my work computer and it will auto sync the drives for me, so I don’t have to do anything manually.
The only issues I have with the software is that I wish it could run in the background as a toolbar item like dropbox or Crashplan do. Keeping the app open and on my desktop really doesn’t make the app as tranparent as it should be.
