This app does not provide coverage or service availability or quality information for T-Mobile customers using the company’s wireless voice and data network. Network customers may obtain coverage maps online at www.t-mobile.com or at a retail location.
This app supports customers of T-Mobile Towers: colocation customers – users of tower space for third party equipment, site construction contractors, T-Mobile employees and vendors.

I use this on my jail broke iPhone 3GS for the google maps app and to find towers. Pretty cool for free. Just sign up and sign in. No strings attached.
