This CLOCK APP REALLY WORKS!
THIS APP has been restored to FULL functionality by running in the background on iOS 4.XX for the iPod touch.
Multiple voice selections for an AUDIBLE CLOCK and/or COUNTDOWN/COUNTUP TIME assure that this is a suitable & RELIABLE background time application (while listening to iTunes, working out to timed, countdown/countup intervals in the Gym, or simply keeping up with the time alone).
REQUESTS TO REVISIT BUGGY PERFORMANCE BY GAMERPIG WERE ADDRESSED almost IMMEDIATELY, though RETURNING THE APP TO FULL FUNCTIONALITY YIELDED RESULTS in a rather un-timely fashion. (In the interim, I purchased another app, the "Talking Timer" (no clock functionality: it's solely an audible counter) which is thus far proving effective, though a flakey performer.)
GAMERPIG'S TC+T RATES A "STRONG "BUY" RECOMMENDATION" PROVIDED THERE'S VISIBLE EVIDENCE OF ONGOING SUPPORT/SELF-ASSESSMENT of the app....AND REGULAR APP UPDATES!
**One "small" bug with v1.4 is a conflict with 24-hour/military time, which is NOT supported by the TC+T App...e.g., the 0100/1:00 a.m. was announced as "1:00 p.m." and the "p.m." announcement persisted thru 1:05 a.m. -- and it can be expected to continue announcing the incorrect time..... However, returning to the GENERAL SETTINGS and toggling the 24-hour option to OFF resulted in the CORRECT a.m. time announcement.**

This developer did a great job in making this! The APP is pretty neat! Definitely worth the 99 cents!!!
