I haven’t tried other expense apps. This is the one my company told me to use. It pretends to be user-friendly, but it definitely is NOT. When you upload a photo, it blurs out all the photos, so you can’t see which receipt to choose. It takes a while to register any change you make. When you delete a receipt (because you accidentally chose the wrong one) and upload a different one, you have to completely close out of the app and open it again before you can view or edit that expense. If you have a long receipt or one that doesn’t exactly conform to it’s notions, just save your time and enter everything manually. When reimbursing a week-long trip with lots of restaurants, taxis, and hotels, just expect that it will take you the whole day. I gave it two stars (instead of one) because eventually you can get your expenses submitted and I have hopes that the developers will make it better.

What is the whole purpose of having an app? Convenience, right? This cheesy app does not allow you to map your personal credit card. You must wait for your merchant(s) to post the expense(s) (whenever they get around to it) and your credit card company to clear the expense(s) (that can quite often take an inconvenient amount of time) - even though you have receipts. And you have to monitor these tasks only through your desktop or laptop - you're not allowed to do so through the app; the app is too static and feature-less. And this phone app won't let even you change the date of the expense which is most time listed incorrectly. Or dollars to Euros and vice versa - which they also sometimes get wrong. You have to do that from the laptop or desktop. Convenient? I think not. If I have to use my laptop anyway, what is the point? This is basically a cheap, do–nothing app created for the purpose of showing the world they too have an app, and they're hoping nobody reveals how sucky it is. This app is the weakling of the expense world.

This product is absolutely trash. Receipts and expenses disappear, takes forever to scan. Also if you missed a date or a piece of information it doesn’t tell you which receipt. It just says you are missing something. Well I have 50 receipts! Which one? So you have to search each receipt/expense to find it. Overall a garbage app. There is no convenience with this app. It is frustratingly inconvenient. Also, here’s an idea; How about actually using a scan feature and not a snapshot?
