Lot's of potential, but crippled right now.
It's fun! It's addicting! It's intuitive! The visuals are great!
But there are few song selections and there aren't any songs for download. I think the game would be better if each column were assigned to a sound or an instrument, more like Guitar Hero. I'm not comparing the two, only suggesting that using their system would greatly improve the already wonderful app.
Let's hope the developer keeps it free and updates it frequently. Good job and everyone DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It's worth it.
Almost gets it
I think a fair way to rate this game is to compare it to guitar hero, so getting right down to it, what this game needs is more recognizable songs, static indicator of multiplier (in the corner of the screen say), some way of clearly telling the difference between hit notes and missed notes (you can still miss notes without it showing the word miss on the screen), and a fourth line for notes in the last two difficulties, also the arrows for tilting the iPhone almost never work and are not fun otherwise. This game has the user interface down and runs very nicely, just some tweaks would make it a great rhythm game for the iPhone.
