Tap & Track 2009 Is The Best
The great & unique aspect of this App is that it automatically adjusts allowable calories as you lose weight, maintaining a 7.1 calorie per pound ratio, which is optimal for weight loss. Data entry is easy and the data base is fulsome. Custom foods can be added. The recipe feature actually divides the full measure of ingredients in a recipe by the # of servings you enter in the recipe. Customer assistance is the best I've encountered. Measurement is often a problem. Many food items are measured by "1 serving," rather than a standard measurement of volume or weight. What's "a serving"? Odd foods are measured by weight rather than volume. Who weighs lettuce or Sesame seeds? No one!

The best calorie and nutrition tracking app out there. I can fine tune my diet day by day. Went from 190lbs to 168lbs 9% BF. Diet is the key!
It would be great if you could break down the fat into all three instead of just saturated fat.
