Customer Reviews

This thing ROCKS.

I can never think of what to make for dinner. I've tried other recipe apps but, when I finally settle on something that looks good, I find out I don't have the ingredients - major let down. This app lets me add ingredients I already have and then it recommends dishes that I can make with the combination of those ingredients. Neat.

I had some bacon left over from breakfast and some mushrooms that were in the "use it or lose" category. I added them to this app and it gave me a dozen or so options - all with full color pics. I opted for a Mac and Cheese that had hints of cinnamon and parmesan (I had both on hand). It came out great! All-in-all, cool little app.

Useful app

My wife and I were talking about how someone should make an app that helps you cook what you have in the fridge...and then here it is! The graphics are really nice and there are a lot of great cooking suggestions. More recipes would be great as that's what it really comes down to in the end. But for a 1.0 release, it's a very good start!

The Worst App I Have Purchased

Wasted 99c. I had fish, onions, and bulgur wheat, and it came up with a tuna sandwich. Whatever ingrediants I entered, it would come up with recipes that needed more ingrediants than I had on hand. Good concept, but needs a lot of work.
