Team Umizoomi, ready for action! Your child will use mighty math powers to explore Umi City, uncover hidden surprises, and play five Umirrific math games:
•Toy Store – A counting game
•Number Bubbles – A number identification game
•Race Around Umi City - A number comparison game
•Up! Up! And balloons! – An addition/subtraction game
•Rolling Toy Parade – A number line game
Each game teaches fundamental math concepts critical for preschoolers: identifying numbers; one-to-one number correspondence; rote counting; reading number symbols; associating symbols with quantity; and basic addition and subtraction. Games are leveled, and designed to increase in difficulty. Appropriate hints are provided to support your child as they practice and build their math skills.
Children will also earn badges and trophies through out the game. These badges and trophies are tracked in Team Umizoomi’s Headquarters and earning enough badges and trophies will grant kids a special key to Umi City!

Crazy shake
My 3 yr old daughter loves this app and we have seen huge improvements in her number recognition and counting. Did not have the same problem with the race, but it would shut off during race often... But not sure if its user error of my daughter pressing the button accidentally while steering. Also the fee is only a couple dollars. My biggest cmplaint is that after doing all the work to earn badges, open up new games, earn trophies, finally getting the key to umi city was anticlimatic and my daughter was very disappointed. There wasnt even a congratulations screen, and since rewarding with badges and trophies for all the smaller accomplishments it seemed like a lack of foresight by the creators. We were expecting the key to open up more games but it didnt. Hopefully there is more in the works because its a great game with a lot of potential.
Fun...until
My son was enjoying this game until he has to keep starting from scratch. The app keeps having him start from the beginning and have to unlock each game again. FIX IT!
Awesome!
Our 2 and a half year old loves this app! It's great for number recognition, Counting skills and early addition and subtraction. As a former early child care provider turned stay at home mom, I highly recommend this app for young children. It's worth the price tag!
