Simply login to Union Bank EBanking, enroll in mobile banking, then use the same username and password you have established for Union Bank Online Banking to login to the mobile banking app.

Most glitchy app EVER!! Never works when needed😡😤
This app is horrible!! I constantly have issues!! I’m always locked out even though I always put in the correct information! The app will just shut off/down right in the middle of a transfer etc! It’s super annoying and truly thinking about switching banks just because of this stupid app! It definitely needs lots of work!😡😤😤😡
Very unreliable
It is always getting updated or it won’t let me log in. It says my connection is bad, which it’s not. Or it won’t let me log in because it can’t verify my credentials, which they aren’t even wrong. I would not recommend this app at all. Extremely unreliable in the sense I can’t look at my account without having to call them. And the phone service is only available during their business hours.
